Make our dough, stretch pies, and work the oven. You will portion and proof dough, build pizzas to spec, and keep the station stocked during service. This role is for someone who likes a steady, physical kitchen pace and takes pride in a consistent crust.
Apply for Pizza Maker (opens in a new tab)Prep and cook the rest of the menu: salads, apps, and other non-pizza dishes. You will follow recipes, keep your station clean, and help the kitchen move quickly during rushes. Prior line or prep experience helps; we will train the right person on our recipes.
Apply for Line Cook (opens in a new tab)Take orders from the shop to customers in Newton and nearby. You need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good sense of the local streets. You will handle food with care, keep delivery times reasonable, and represent us at the door.
